Hold Harmless Clause: The Entrants assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment vehicles or other property brought upon the premises and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless America Car Shows DBA Oklahoma Car Shows, Oklahoma Car Show 2025 and its Committee Members, volunteers and attendees against all claims or expenses for such loss, including reasonable attorney\u2019s fees, arising out of use of space at the event. The Exhibitors\/Vendors\/Entrants property or loss of revenues and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor\/vendor\/Entrant to obtain such insurance.<\/p>\n
